Dr. Valerie J Balogh, O.D. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Balogh graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1983. She completed a one year residency in Family Practice Optometry at the University of Alabama in 1984. Dr. Balogh, along with her husband, Dr. Cedarstaff, has been practicing optometry in Highland for 28 years. Dr. Balogh enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts, hiking, cycling, weight training, and singing. |
Dr. Thomas H Cedarstaff, O.D. Dr. Cedarstaff grew up in East Lansing, Michigan. After graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1980, he studied Physiological Optics at the Indiana University School of Optometry. He was a clinical professor at the Illinois College of Optometry for six years prior to entering private practice exclusively in 1990. Dr. Cedarstaff's hobbies include hiking, hunting, target shooting, plus building and flying radio controlled airplanes. |
